The award winning PFE MailPrinter is a powerful new machine that combines a dedicated folder inserter with an 18 page per minute laser printer. With the PFE MailPrinter and our Windows® based Form & Postal Utilities software your business can dramatically increase mail room efficiencies not only in saved labor but in postage savings as well. Our system will consolidate statements delivered to similar addresses into the fewest envelopes and get maximum discounts offered by the United States Postal Service by certifying and presorting the addresses. The MailPrinter and the Form & Postal Utilities were designed for companies who routinely process hundreds to thousands of statements (invoices, credits, payroll, etc.) a week and need “a better way of doing it”.

Here is just some of the things the MailPrinter can do.

• Print, fold and insert documents into windowed envelope
• Print, fold and insert documents into plain envelopes with a printed address
• Add an additional pre-printed sheet to each envelope 
• Add an insert such as a postcard or reply envelope 
• Add logos or text, as well as addresses to documents and envelopes

Our software works between your system (i.e. accounting, financial, check writing, etc.) and the MailPrinter hardware. It allows you to use existing system data and easily produce a report/statement (invoice, statement, purchase order, check, etc.) that can take advantage of both USPS postage discounts and the MailPrinter's features.

 Forms Processing

• Import - *custom import routine to import just about any kind of data - one to many sources at a time. 
• Header - manipulate your statement header data (also allows user defined importing).
• Detail - manipulate your statement detail data (also allows user defined importing).
• View/Correct Addresses - **view, correct and add zip+4 to any address in the United States.
• CASS Certify Addresses - **certify the address list, assign carrier routes/lot numbers and print USPS form 3553.
• Apply Presort to Addresses - **for larger mailings, it sorts your list for best postal rates, generates barcodes and endorsement lines and prints required postal reports and labels.
• Apply MailPrinter Codes - applies MailPrinter codes to consolidate common statements into fewest envelopes and properly apply page breaks to print - fold - insert - seal.
• View report - print previews the selected report/statement (***custom and user definable with Access report writer). Print/re-print a single or a range of pages at any time while previewing.

Customer List

• Customer - maintain a customer list (separate from the batch in Forms Processing). It can be used with custom/user defined reports and labels.
• View/Correct Addresses, CASS Certify Addresses and Apply Presort to Addresses - **similar to tools defined in Forms Processing.
• View Labels - print previews the selected label set (labels are custom and user definable with Access report writer). The Access label wizard has automatic settings for most popular brands and types of laser labels.

For instance, how many people are normally involved in sending 2500 invoices out for your company? The MailPrinter only takes one person about a half a day - and only then for monitoring the printer process (i.e. refilling paper and envelopes).

Our program can consolidate invoices for similar customers into the fewest envelopes. Say you send 15 invoices to Company A every week. Most of the time that means 15 separate documents/envelopes every week. The MailPrinter Utilities program will consolidate up to 4 pages per envelope - meaning we only send 4 and you just saved about 75% on postage to that customer.

With the embedded postal processing software you will get maximum USPS discounts. Between CASS certifying your customer address list, adding zip+4 codes, presorting, using trays, having standard barcodes and endorsement lines an additional 10-20% on postage overall can be saved.
